The 4th stage of our Road Map Italy 2019 will be held on June 22nd. After Bari, Bologna and Rome it will be Milan’s turn.

The congress, completely free, will focus on the analysis of the run and on the management of the runner’s support.
Specifically, the course tries to give information on the basic principles of running analysis and on the parameters to be taken into consideration in the postural management of a runner.

This is the program of the day:

• 09.00 – Accreditation
• 09.30 – Methods of analysis and study of the race, parameters and reference models
• 11.00 – Coffee Break
• 11.15 – Management and interpretation of the data of the analysis of the theory and practice race
• 13.00 – Lunch break
• 2.30 pm – Analysis of the literature on evidence on running
• 16.00 – Examples of exercises and management of the runner’s foot
